swiss water decaf - what do you use?

Artisan roast, this stuff is great. I've got a subscription for 1kg of this per month and 1kg of their Janzoon blend. So have full caf, decaf, and I grind a half and hand which is excellent

What is Swiss water ?

It's a process, to remove caffeine without the use of chemicals.

Explanation

Smith street coffee in Sheffield do a mountain water process decaf and the roaster will deliver to your door.

I use Pact, mainly as they were the best decaf option when I set up a subscription 8 years ago. I occasionally buy baga from a local roaster too.
