[#7026594]

Now its often said what a special bunch of people exist on this Forum, so I'd like to set a challenge. Nothing too onerous, just an opportunity to help people in Nepal who desperately need help. The Red Cross is appealing for funds so they can get people and equipment out there and I'd like to think the STW could raise a £1000 between us. I know money is tight but if you contribute either £2.50, £5 or £10 HERE....a little from each of us will hopefully add up to a lot. I'll start by donating a tenner, but anything from anyone will help the cause. (Thank you very much for your donation of £10.00 to the British Red Cross - Nepal Earthquake Appeal Your payment reference is: 47M21664LW718141D)

Put it on the thread so we can add it up.

i'll chip you a fiver. 4FU88508SH2833637

only if i can say how disgusted i was that several thousand people dying was equalled in news worthy terms by a couple of dozen "adventurers" having a slightly worse time than planned....

there, said it.

I'm not as generous as Footflaps but I've chipped in a tenner as a result of your thread. Dissapointed you aren't even running a marathon or skydiving or anything 🙂

Don't know really....clearly an awesome donation, but would be good if we can get loads of smaller ones to get a big total. Having said that he's on STW and donated so why not!

Not big on charity donations but tonight I'll eat a decent meal, sleep in a warm bed with a roof over my head and be very grateful for those things.
