OK STW hive.... i'm struggling to find a way to create a map showing a set radius ( i.e. 25 miles ) of a location... ideally a set posted.

A simple map showing a circle highlighting everything within a 25 miles radius would do.... but in a perfect world every postcode within a 25 miles radius would be absolutely perfect

Ideas / solutions appreciated!

OS no good? I have the Explorer centred on my postcode, though it's on a not 25 miles radius.

Don't quite get what you're asking, but OS will do a postcode centred map for you at 1:50,000.

i don't need a physical map as such....... something like a google map with a big red circle 25 miles radius is what I had in mind...... produce it online and then just print off?

Assuming a set posted is a typo and you are after a set postcode, this seems just the ticket? Select show centre and deselect show postcode markers.

OS custom maps are great, I have a few and have given them as house warming presents to friends

OP you are not going to get every postcode as a full postcode is down to a few houses, they'd be 1000's. Perhaps just the first part.

You can do this in Memory Map. Just mark a waypoint, then set the radius and set it as a proximity alarm.
