'tis great news. I had horrible visions of them being given a rattle-can spray job and sold on for a bag of brown down the pub.
The only damage, so their rightful owner tells me, is a scuffed seat post where they dropped it a couple of inches. The police were asked to give them an extra clip around the ear for that.
