Botox to your armpits to stop you sweating?
(Yes it's a thing, yes it works, and C.O.I. yes I do it)
Fresh today.
Used spray anti persperant before bed, showered, a roll on and I am smelling fresh.
Was it the dettol or the hand soap, who knows, but I no longer stink, today anwyay.
Alcohol hand gel. Job done.
Have you tried doing a handstand in the shower?
It should clean up your stench trench a treat too.

Shower normally then clean your armpits with surgical spirit. I'm had that issue for a week once and the surgical spirit did the trick.
