You have my sympathy! Had it done once (in my knee, after damaging MCL), most painful experience ever. Did f*ck all for my injury too.

I know quite a few lads who like to 'juice'. Not close friends so I have no idea if they do it properly or if they just jab and lift.

Hopefully they just jab and lift, knacker their hormonal system and can't reproduce.

Seen plenty of them in Liverpool, best bit is they are so pumped up they bounce around in their cars trying to cut into every gap & when you don't let them in they almost have a coronary and then accuse you of.....

I know what you mean Ton, same scene at my old club. The funny thing is that these kids aren't bothering to work their whole body, just the arms/biceps. So they look really funny with gigantic arms and tiny little chicken legs!

Your quite correct it should be Bizzy, but I'm not local so I'm bound to get the accent wrong.
