as I was admiring some bikes on display, got approached by last year's women's Welsh National Champion who asked, 'So, do you race as well?'
My sons, who were standing nearby, overheard, patted me on the back afterward.
I have to admit, as a 45 year old man who, three years ago, was just short of 20 kgs overweight, I was pretty flattered.
My week was made! 8)
