[Closed] Sparky Question

The last two nights the electricity has tripped. This has been in the middle of the night when we are in bed with just the dishwasher (Less than a year old AEG) on. This morning as I tried to switch it back on the switch (RCB) crackled and wouldn't stay up. So I put every switch off and gradually switch them up and got all the way apart from the main ring upstairs (which was still on this morning)didnt try it the over way around. We have also had the light flickr and dim int he past. Only moved in a year ago (Stupidly without an electric check)
I'm in Sheffield so any ideas or recommendations for electricians.
