Okay, so I have a Sony Vaio VGN-A217S and want to upgrade the memory. A panel on the back reveals one memory slot but the other appears to be under the keyboard. I have removed all the screws on the back but I still cannot lift the keyboard to get at the other memory slot.
Please help. Thanks Shakey

Get the instructions out.
My Tosihba is similar, you have to go in via the front, take the keyboard off etc. etc. - it's a great design.....
