Yes, I used to live there. Some of the locals seemed very relaxed. The 24-hour supermarkets were selling it and all got raided in one night.

Lots does undoubtedly come through Turkey and elements of the Turkish communities here, but Heroin availability has shot up here since the UK's involvement in Afghanistan....
