No but I got nettle rash all over my left side from falling off my bike. I think its a million times worse. ๐Ÿ™

Didn't work. Had to smear mud over my arm and leg to stop the utter utter debilitating AGONY!

That's a doozy of a nettle rash. Benadryl cream/couple of piriton tablets is my best suggestion to calm the itch.

Got a bit of sunburn today in the Dales - stuck on cream, then sweated it off within 10 minutes on the next hill. Worth it though for bone dry deserted trails.

That's just a small bit of it. Feels like ants wearing stilettos dancing all over my arm and leg. I'm learning to enjoy it now.
Moral - never race your dog downhill. She knows the best lines.

25ish, takes a blow, but when she picks up her skirts she can fly...Loch Tay often has waves bigger than that bow as well, for added screams when loaded with small children, as is often the case...

Don't know, I got a spray tan this afternoon just to make everyone at work believe me when I say I tan quick. No sunburn for me ๐Ÿ™‚
