and there was some ice in my lunchtime gins and tonic, which is nearly like snow?

Oh, and I paddled in the lake too, right next to a big sheet of ice. Was mildly chilly as it got over your knees to say the least.

There you go, although I did go out in the garden to get it. It doesn't look much but its still seeing the odd skier I beleive.

And there it is with a bit of zoom, you can also just make out Ciste gully which I snowboarded 2 weeks ago on my 50th b'day

Last snow in the Cheviots melted about 10 days ago and not seen any since then. Plenty of patches still about (as above) in the usual places further north.

Not a lot, but one of the local skiers has managed to link turns once every month for I think 45 consecutive months now. Thats the 'Odd skier' I mentioned earlier 🙂
