I’d feel like an Aussie Rules Footballer if the sleeves were too short.

So if small = unfashionable, long = stylish, maybe there's an acceptable intermediate 27.5" size?

Cuff-links with the long sleeves I presume? Really handy and comfortable for doing anything more practical than standing round talking bolocks all day 😂

And under no circumstances, doing a job that’s beneath one.

What about duelling, surely duelling is a bit like work and allowed especially if ones honour has been called in to question?

What cuff links to go with my rapier?

Short sleeve, open neck not tucked in is fine.

White short sleeve with tie is car salesman, bus driver etc, etc,.

With long sleeved shirts you also have the added task of co-ordinating your tie and braces eh Flashy?

Absolutely.

And your cuff links do make that sort of tap dance sound when you are at your desk tapping out bollocks too.

So, stand up bollocks and sit down bollocks.

As for the Top Gear references, there’s nothing more showing than wearing a short sleeve shirt, jeans and loafers.

Dear God.

Short sleeve, open neck not tucked in is fine.

Teamed up with pointy brown sheux and boot-cut jeans for that perfect Top Gear audience member look.

Did you lot banging on about long sleeves note those word ‘casual’ in the OP’s request?

Did you lot banging on about short sleeves imagine the words 'office junior' in the OP's request?

nobody has mentioned on-site photocopy repair men, surely they have that short sleeve shizzle locked down.

probably with a peek of dodgy faded tribal tattoo on upper arm to complete the look.
