They don't have any.

None at all.

In any size.

Anywhere.

Great service from Go Outdoors online as usual. 🙄

(and they haven't sold out because it was a good deal either)

They Never Actually Had Any.

Website mistake apparently 🙄

Just received an email too saying the Merrells I ordered are out of stock and nothing similar available. Order status says 'customer cancelled'. Grrrr 👿

Ordered 2 pairs last night for collection (one for me, one for GF). Got a call this morning to tell us they were ready to collect. When we got there we were told there had run out of the ladies version on offer so gave us the 'current' (i.e. this years, I guess) version but matched the online price. When asked they also had some very similar 'XT wings' reduced from ~£110 to £30 (that were neither on show on the website or in store at that price) that my GF also picked up.

We then got an email from GO Outdoors at midday today saying they were out of stock (after we had picked them up). Strange.

Just got a pair of these in 10 1/2 but they're to small, anybody want them before I take them back, or exchange for an 11?

Well just picked up my merrell blasts for a cheapy cheap £31.50 so I'm pleased, they matched the interceptor price which was out of stock.

The shop assistant was mumbling something or other about head office managing it all, and doing a test to see how hard they could stress their supply chain. Basically sounds like the individual stores are playing catch up and doing their best by customers.

There was a salomon 3d on display in southampton at usual price (£60ish)

Ordered late last night for collection at the Oxford store. Got a phone call at 9am today to say they all out but we can have the 2012 model for the same price. Just collected them. Mr TW is delighted.

Cancelled order here.
Not happy that they have my CC details either.
Customer service was good until they realised it was an order they couldn't/wouldn't fill.

Naturally, I got a phone call from my local branch saying "no chance" too.

They have some HiGear for 15 quid apparently. Cos, that's an equivalent substitution.

Nothing for me either, technical issues meant the website advertised stock they didn't have at a knock down price according to the person I spoke to. Worse than useless.

Yup - email arrived here this morning too, offering 10% disco. They can stick it. This form of 'suck-'em-in' marketing is a massive turn off. Boycott is now in place permanently.

I emailed them about my order, got a reply saying that none of the 5 items I'd ordered actually existed in stock. Next time I look at my order on the site it says "Customer Cancel".

Not happy.
