It seems I've been sleeptalking a lot more recently, having full blown, apparently conscious conversations that i then have no recollection of at all, and have no connection to anything I've been doing during the day.
The other day for example, bizarrely, i was advising Ronald Reagan on a speech.
However, recently I've also taken to sitting bolt upright in bed, making some exclamation or other, then settling back down again.
What's going on?
