Our 500mbps sky broadband is currently limping along at 25mbps.
Sky identified this and are getting an engineer on it, bit have offered a free upgrade for our minimum term - as per our guarantee.
That, as far as I'm concerned, is shoddy behaviour trying to lock us in.
What should I be able to posh for as compensation/upgrades?

Whatever you do, don't go for the "upgrade" of Sky Stream. It's awful

Look out for one-off cost Scancom deals on HotUKdeals for Three SIMs (eg. ~£55 for 500GB pcm until summer 2028) and get a 5g home mobile router (we've used a TP-Link NX200 since Xmas).
