Anyone got any experience of this web site. Been messed around all month with non delivery of items ordered for impending family ski holiday?

No comment on delivery issues but they have a real shop in holmfirth, Yorkshire so technically you can confront them. Not much use if you're miles away and defeats the point of mail order I know.
