My Arcam DV79 has stopped displaying pictures, still plays CD's though.
I'm waiting to hear back from Arcam on weather they can repair it or not, however looking on ebay being quite an old player now the repair (inc posting) may cost more than it's worth?
I did however see a repair shop selling a complete laser assembly for about £15, is this likely to be the fault? Shall I get one and fit it? What's the worst that can happen?
