Does anyone else have Sim City on their iPhone? I'm a bit stuck, it keeps telling me to build a stadium but the option doesn't seem to be available, can anyone help?

Not got it, but if I remember the game correctly from the old days then just because it suggests that you build something doesn't mean you can yet. It may be a goal to work towards (i.e. research the technology or build any prerequisite buildings first)
