Anyone know why the beeb have decided to show an episode from the last series instead of the current one?

damnit, IMDB confirms it, only 5 weeks this series - 6 in the previous one

Yeah, well, it's the BBC. And now it turns out they're cancelling Waking the Dead too.
Silent Witness gets five week. Strictly Come Bollocks gets about 20 hours a week all year.
