I used to have one of these [TVR Vixen] - didn't have enough money to fix it properly though so had to sell. Not very fast but fun.

Best car I've ever had and was my daily drive for a couple of years. Sadly not mine any more

Loving the Spitfires and GT6's - used to refurb them with my old man years ago. The mk2 escort is a beautiful car. Wouldn't say no to a Mexico

Dont know if my two count, had an MX5 before the MR2 and liked that but love the MR2. Both slightly tuned and great fun. Couldnt find an image of the 2 together so ignore Queen-Ocelot, & any jokes about 'bikes' will get a poke in the eye 🙂 The celica is my main car (i only do 6k in it a year though prefer to walk/cycle) can take 3 bikes with seats down and has a very wide laod area which is ideal for delivering my paintings.

Not sure if this counts, but it was fun to drive and sounded good.

Now replaced with this which is a bit more practical for bikes.

One that I bought about 12 years ago

[img] [/img]

which was replaced by this after my commute went from 40 miles per day to 140miles (going from 321bhp to 118bhp and dropping about 4-500kg was different)

[img] [/img]

then this as it was a bit quicker

[img] [/img]

Followed by this when I got a 2nd sensible car, kept the Exige for about 8-9 years where it turned into a more track orientated car

[img] [/img]

Now have this when I wanted something that was a bit more public road friendly and got fed up with the Lotus reliability

Very nice matey, being dying to line up next to a Celica for a looooong time. (The Corolla would obviously win) 😉 😉 😉

Nope, it's lowered, got GT side skirts and covered keyholes. That's about it (oh, and painted calipers and uprated pads). I actually managed to find one that had all the mods I wanted already done, so bought it like that.

Is yours a TSport?

Klunk, is that yours? Made me do a little man wee! 😀
Mine is a 1979 special with most of the interior removed and a med 1380 A+ engine. Its only about 115bhp and never fails to make me laugh. A lot.

Yes, I have had some memorable drives in it. I just happened upon a 'mint' facelift one from a friend in the trade and was really lucky but it took us ages to find a good MR2, we wanted a facelifted one but just couldn't find a straight one that wasn't way over book price. Settled for this late 52 from another Toyota club member.

this is a mountain bike forum; the cars in any picture should always, always, be worth less than the bikes.

Quite a lot of these cars have boots that have been designed to fit a set of golf clubs in. Oh, the impotent horror.

Klunk, is that yours?

it is, been in the family since 1966, many happy and not so happy miles in it, just recently restored, we were going to do a few shows but my dad has had to undergo cancer treatment so it's in storage at the moment.

I bought this for my wife who always wanted one. Bit of a trial as only 1000 were imported and most had rusted to nothing in the 15 years since they last came in.
