My office - I like having a tidy desk and one with sit/stand capability.

toilet roll from mopping up spilt wine

That's a euphemism I've not heard before. vigorous wine spilling when the wife's out.

Have been WFH since 2010-ish. I had a home office in a bedroom for a few years. It's ok, but I really like proper separation of home and work. So I bought a DC-style shepherd's hut & plumbed it into the mains via a nice 32A socket in the garden. It's been a superb investment.

Been WFH for a while now (two days a week before lockdown, completely since).

The PS4 is a necessary distraction sometimes.

WFH for about 25 years now. Essentials are a comfortable chair (IKEA one in pic was £12 but has good lumbar support), separate keyboard, decent mouse, and a stand if using a laptop; one in pic doubles as a heat sink.

We built a big shed when we moved here 12 years ago. I hadn't use the 'office' side much as I was mostly on the road. Needed some updating!

https://flic.kr/p/2jLws3w

It also houses my turbo

https://flic.kr/p/2iGqCyR

So I can go from work misery to zwift misery!

Defo good being able to close the door on work.

it has blu-ray burner and a hole where a floppy drive would go 😀 seemed a shame to waste a perfectly good well made case.

Let's see if this works. The room is so small I can touch three walls from my chair, but it is warm, there's music and it's near the front door so the postie can see me when we have a parcel..

Chair nicked from work. There's usually a dog sleeping on that blue thing by the record player.

At the moment it’s three-way between @RobHilton, @Cougar and @WorldClassAccident

Three screens (two of which aren't actually connected to anything currently), four laptops and the minitower 'server'. There was a TV on the wall when we moved in but I took it down to build the bookshelves.

sc-xc wins from a wall display point of view but mahalo wins on the actual desk so far! I've followed kayak23 on instagrame so I can bear him in mind once I know the room size etc!

Big desk, 1 normal size monitor, 1 ultrawide, 1 tower pc, one laptop, and a load of bike parts. 😁

Very much a 'working' office/room. I want to stick a massive UK map on the wallspace on the right and start putting pins in everywhere I've ridden.

Not up to the standard of most on here. Been WFH since May last year but everything was already setup as the wife has been doing it for 8 years. Only change was the laptop/monitor arm, and I tidied up because she can seemingly work surrounded by mess but I can't.

Desk is a sit/stand Ikea one, we need a new chair though.

Not so much home office as I don't work from home (or work) but it has a desk, filing cabinet, chair, iMac etc and I sit here pretty much all the time.

@DanJ 0- you're using the wrong link there, you;re trying to use the webpage as an image

First, click the share button. bottom right on a desktop PC
[url= https://i.postimg.cc/L53GDRf9/Flicker-Share-button.pn g" target="_blank">https://i.postimg.cc/L53GDRf9/Flicker-Share-button.pn g"/> [/img][/url]

the in the popup choose "BB Code" and choose the size you want.
[url= https://i.postimg.cc/h48Fc8Yk/Flickr-share-2.pn g" target="_blank">https://i.postimg.cc/h48Fc8Yk/Flickr-share-2.pn g"/> [/img][/url]

then copy the code with square brackets and just paste that into STW - there's no need to use thr STW IMG button or anything

Closer one of the screens/stuff I use for 10+hrs a day

My work pc had rebooted last night, normally the task bar is 50% full on the UW monitor... I work in IT, if you hadn't already guessed.

PS5 controller/charging dock, a few hundred quids worth of headphones, bag of headset spacers and a camera. 😁

No pics, but mine is very similar to somafunk’s, with pre cut oak worktop from one of the online worktop places. I got the table frame custom made to size from stoaked.co.uk - arrived within a couple of weeks and fits the space perfectly.

I also made a monitor stand from some left over wooden worktop, so i have 2 monitors on the stand, and the laptop lives underneath the stand. There is also space for workbook/notes, freeing up more space on the desk

What colour stain did you use for that desk top @mahalo ? I'm just coming to the end of a similar project to be mounted on IKEA sit/stand legs and would like that kind of colour except maybe a bit brighter.

I'm a bit behind the times having been on furlough most of last year and only just moved to a house that can fit a desk. I have a pile of broken bike frames in the loft waiting for me to actually own the walls of my office so I can mount them as decoration.

The foot warmer is a bit more mobile these days, so no longer fit for purpose...

Desk is an Ikea worktop sat on battens on 3 sides. Currently making some hanging drawers to mount at one end, despite Ikea probably selling something cheaper than the materials 😐

A quick shot of MrsBond's office... I think it's fair to say that more time was spent on choosing the soft furnishings than any other elements...

Husband made this in the old place

This is now, still lots of little bits to do, including a sofa bed, rug and odds and sods and tidying.
Bikes currently on the back wheels in his n her turbos. Good though, this time last year it was a dumping ground.
