No pics, but the loveliest mushroom I ever had in the garden was a verdigris agaric. Looks like it sounds

Excellent thread! Nice pics too, will have a mooch through my hdd for some. Used to be an arborist and studied fungi quite in depth for 2 years and had a genuine interest. Still do actually and havent climbed a tree in 5yrs! Ive seen some stunning examples over tje years but dont always have the camera to hand ๐Ÿ™

Growing on the old stump of a Silver birch tree at the bottom of the garden - it's about 12 inches across.
