you dont want to see mine its Alan Partridge "derrrtehhhhh"

I had some cool little frogs that live under water but I've given all mine away now as mr fighting feesh got stuck in a holey rock and died ๐Ÿ™

as well as it being a total arse to keep on top of!

they are badass tho, id go for a seawater setup if i did it again just for a clown fish!

And you think a trop freshwater is a pain to look after! Sal****er tanks take soooooo much more time and money.

Look after the water & the fish will be fine.
It took 32 days to get mine cycled properly before the fish went in.
Using some established filter media really helped towards the end, as did changing the ammonia brand.

Loads of nice ideas on this website.
http://www.aquatic-eden.com/2007/02/dutch-vs-nature-style-aquariums.html Loads of information is on practical fishkeepings website.
Here are some photos of a tank that has only been reset up a couple of weeks ago, after moving house. It is very much work in progress so it looks a complete mess. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Several fish are also in there temporarily.

Sorry struggling to post that picture properly.
Take your time and have fun, never buy a fish without researching it first:)

Only need feeding once or twice a week. clean out every 6 to 12 months or so. Don't smell or make a noise. Full family entertainment too ๐Ÿ™‚

I can put you in touch with some reputable breeders and sellers. ๐Ÿ™‚

African malawi tank

I had a lovely Lake Tanganyika tank with Tropheus Moorii.........until one of my cats kept getting amongst the electrics in the cabinet below (nice place to sleep) by the time I realised that the water was stone cold because the heater plug had been pulled out/worked loose, they were all dead........bashturd

Nice tank btw ams09121974 8)

I've got a large fishtank (old Dolphin deep style) with a great filter and air pump that I no longer use, anyone would like to make me an offer or swap WHY?
