Went to Cwncarm yesterday and driving home my shoulder was pretty sore. Today I'm in agony. Similar but not as bad as when I dislocated it. I think it's probably a subluxation.

Do I need to seek medical attention or just stick it in a sling?

Wouldn't you have noticed if you'd had a partial dislocation?

If it's in agony, I'd get it checked out.

I'm guessing it could have popped out and in in the same move and been done in a second. I know it's always gonna be a weak point after the dislocation.

For what it's worth, before I had surgery, my shoulder popped out fully twice (ie had to go to hospital to get it put back), and partially three times.

None of the times was it agony. Very sore and uncomfortable yes, but not agony.
