After reading the free copy of grit thread,
And the bike forum being overtaken by posts in the chat section thread.

Is it time to let STW drop the premise of being a bike related website and morph into its true calling.

No, the bike forum is great, but should be split into MTB, road and 'other' IMO though, but that's an old argument that I believe has been dismissed before

Assuming op trolling/humorous but you never know round here

In all seriousness I think the bike forum is pretty good there is a lot of knowledge on here.

There's also an amusing inability to understand each other or compromise through the medium of Internet whether that's on tyres, wheel sizes or wood burning habits so it's vital.

I don't really "get" Road Riding despite liking riding a road bike places so its nice not to have to go somewhere where someone thinks the Rules are a real religion to ask questions too.

Troll. I get a huge amount out of the Bike Forum, so much good advice, routes etc. The chat forum has many topics which show the humanity of stw and some of course which do the oppostite.
