Ordered some running shoes from CRC which failed to show up.
Completed a missing item return form according to instructions.
Get sent some voucher codes
Ask for a refund instead - bought shoes elsewhere
Get another email saying voucher codes have been delivered
Aaaahhhh
1. Yes I could use the phone, but I've got better things to do than wait in a queue - like waste time on here 🙂

Eh, if you order gift vouchers and they dont show up, what do they send you then?
