Claife Heights - Up to Moss Eccles Tarn from Low Sawrey and back to High Sawrey.
I think Wainwright said of Loughrigg something along the lines of the views the summit commands are disproportionate to its elevation. We were up there at the weekend and having covered most of the high summits I'd tend to agree. I also like Lingmoor for similar reasons.
The same can be said for any of the smaller fells that are separate from the higher ones: Lingmoor, Loughrigg, Claife Heights; Wansfell Pike.
Latterbarrow from Hawkshead is pleasant, with good views up to the big hills and down over Windemere.

Grizedale - great views towards Coniston Fells
TIlberthwaite round
As above you can do a quick walk up Loughrigg from Ambleside - pics from last year short walk with my wife who can't do anything much elevation wise, the cake shot is from Black Mire (cutting left off of the path to a small shoulder) not even at the top, you can come down (steepish at first) via Loughrigg tarn which is nice
yup loughrigg and stare forlornly at the bridleways as you pass.
