Simple seem to have 'gone' and Campers are now 😯 pricewise.
What else in a similar style should I consider?

The loss of Simple is really sad, I have had about 4 pairs of the Old School Sneakers and loved them all.

Agree. They were my favourite brand- always could find a pair of Simple's that I liked.
