[Closed] shoes on the other foot now, and the managers aint so smug now.

Well a couple of years ago we were taken over by another company. The first thing they did was make 3 from the workshop redundent 2 from sales and 3 from the support staff. The manager at the time was a smug b*****d and was loving the fact she was safe, and no one knew who was get the sack.

She wasnt well liked by the staff so this just made it worse for everyone. Anyhow fast foward 2yrs and now its her in the firing line, with the choice of being massively down graded to the ranks. Or being given a higher position, which to be honest even she knows she's not going to get.

Shes now trying to be friendly with people, and get support in her troubled times wich just isnt happening. Ive not seen the workshop in such a good mood for while.

Its wrong to gloat, but couldn't happen to nicer person.
