is your house made of tissue paper ?

my neighbour has a german shepherd.

it lives outside in the garden all year round - its not a house dog its more of a bear.

it barks when ever a car goes past - i hear it if im out in the garden

I wouldnt know my neighbour had a german shepherd from inside the house - even in summer with the windows open......

try to train their dogs ? - every time they bark, play some sort of high-pitched squeally thing* at high volumes until they stop
