Yep. Go to work in the dark. Work inside all day. Go home in the dark.
Past couple of weeks I’ve been going for a 15min walk at lunchtime but it’s probably not enough to make a difference.

I've managed to get out for a lunchtime walk occasionally. I don't suppose it makes any significant difference to your vit D intake, but I was surprised at just how much difference it makes mentally, particularly on a sunny day. Genuinely felt refreshed and more with-it in the afternoon.
