I've got a wooden power pole in the garden and I'd like to build a shed next to it. The electrical company have a wayleave agreement but no easement.
Does anyone know if I'm allowed to build a shed next to this? The shed roof will be some way below the power
Ine as the whole lots is on a slope and mine is the only house supplied by the pole.
