Not sure which model of phone it is but its a touch screen smart phone job, maybe the wildfire? Anybody ever had to get their screen replaced and if so how much was it?

I changed the the screen on an old HTC Mozart, loads of guides on YouTube for different models, about £15 for the screen. I didn't take enough care taking it apart and snapped one of the volume control pushbuttons, so failed.
I think I've seen screen replacement advertised for £50ish.

Thanks Dibbs.......no problem taking it apart as its completely shattered and is held together by cling film presently which aint too good when chatting as hard to hear and hard to be heard! I'm pretty sure a gentle knock would see whole screen fall out! Will look at youtube as suggested.

recently done my wildfire s after it got run over.

is it just the glass? £20
or is the lcd done too? £20

for either/both you will need the correct model as some parts look similar but wont work.... i got some parts from replacebase.co.uk , tiny torx tools and the handsets come apart pretty easy.

hardest bit was getting a suitable adhesive for the glass.

Sent from my keyboard, cos im at work innit.

soobalias.....its a hand-me-down and nobody can find original box so not sure what model it is even by comparing it on the web to others..looks like a wildfire but the menu button on bottom looks different! I think a trip to mobile repair shop is in order!

Settings->About Phone->Phone identity should tell you what model it is.

Otherwise, there's often a sticker in the battery compartment with it printed on.

Won't there be a model number inside under the battery?
