So I have been asked to sell my father’s UK car, he has had to return to New Zealand rather promptly due to health issues.
He is still the registered keeper and I have a buyer almost immediately lined up.
As I am not the registered keeper can I sell his car and transfer the documents?

I did this for my daughter (she's at uni). It's all done online now so yes no probs - as long as the buyer trusts you to be selling them a car that's not yours.
Ours was registered at our address so buyer was ok plus it was only £500!
