Any sufferers on here? What lights would you recommend? Looking on line they look pretty pricey! Any tips - other than emigrate to the Costa Del Sol!

My wife does/did. She bought a lightbox for £100ish and reckons it's a big help.

I have a Litebook lightbox which cost about £100 a few years ago. It does help but found that regular exercise and cutting back on booze is probably just as good.
Also take St Johns Wort from the start of October which seems to help.
It is a good excuse to get on the bike as much as possible.
