[Closed] Search for a user or postings made by a user...how?

Apologies for maybe being daft or IT lacking but how do you currently search for either of the above with the PM system not working how do you find the history of a user? To see if they look legitimate.

I’ve tried entering both their username with/without an @ at the start.
