I don't think that you will turn in to a sarnie.
Why not skin the sausages and mix in to an omelet.

split the sausages and flatten. place fried egg on top of one sausage and cover with the other sausage.

Another fail, the last sausage managed to wrap itself in a slice of bread I was using to mop up the egg yolk ,
I'll keep practicing ...

The best breakfast roll(mortons loose, crispy)/piece(binners has the right idea) known to man imo. Must have a runny yoke and the bread smothered in butter! ๐Ÿ™‚

If you put sauce near it, i'll no be happy! ๐Ÿ™
