After several frantic calls of 'I'm here and how do I get to....' I've finally decided to give in an get a sat nav for the misses.
Is a TomTom the way to go or is there anything better?

I got my wife a [url= http://www.tomtom.com/products/product.php?ID=469&Category=0&Lid=1 ]Tom Tom 450[/url]. I have also used works Tom Tom One. I think that the 540 has better spoken instructions for example it says [i]take the 3rd exit onto the M25[/i] rather than just saying [i]take the third exit[/i]. It also gives better feedback on which lane to be in.
Other Tom Toms may now have better instructions. Don't get a Garmin
