My daughter has a Samsung phone on T-Mobile. She has pressed something, don't know what and now it is locked and asking for a "PUK" number. Her friend has advised her that she needs to take it to the T-Mobile shop.
I am expected, as all dads are, to have the answers.
Over to you guys...

You should find the PUK number on the SIM card, IIRC. Or call operator to get it.
