[Closed] Samsung Galaxy Tab question

I know I should ask this on an electronics website but I only sign up to STW and I, rather bizarrely, trust the feedback on here...

I'm interested in a Samsung Galaxy Tab. I currently own a 3 network 8GB limit dongle (and have wireless in the house)

Can I simply put my 3 SIM in the Samsung and then use that as a big dongle and computer in one? Yes, I am pretty illiterate in all things computery!

Can I also network the Samsung with my Popcorn Hour media system? I.e. transfer movie files and manage the Popcorn through the Samsung?
