I am holidaying there with the family in august and have permission to disappear for a few days. does anyone know of any shops that hire decent bikes in the area?

I was there about 4 years ago riding road bike. Saw a couple if bike hire places but nothing I would bother with. The road riding north of Salou is awesome. Great roads and u see no one...ever. I was there in Oct and was 25degrees plus. All the places to buy water shut from 12pm to about 4pm. Can get interesting if ure dying of thirst.. I would go back in a heart beat..
