Isn't that what you can get post MDMA?
Can you post this on the other thread where we were told electrolyte drinks were all rubbish and we should only drink water?
Can I still just drink water, if I have a bag of crisps as well?
I think the moral of the tale is don't waste your weekend laying patios...
Isn't that what you can get post MDMA?
Iiirc most deaths were caused by excessive water drinking or "allergic" reaction to it

What flavour crisps - you might need to start a thread on that 💡
How should I carry a bag of crisps whilst running?
Does no-one listen to music when running?
I carry a phone for GPS logging and emergency calls when running, but primarily so I can listen to music while I'm out. Usually just wedge it in a pocket of my shorts.
I'd quite like a better / comfier means of storage but all the belts and armbands I've looked at are either too small for my phone (seems everything's designed for iDevices these days) or way overkill marathon packs that can carry two litres of water and a boy scout.
I know how to carry cheese.....
Caerphilly.
No, no music for me. I like music inside, when working inside or when driving. When I'm outside I like to be immersed in the outside, I find music makes me feel claustrophobic. I don't even like it on public transport.
Cougar did you check out those spibelts mentioned above? They look great and have a wide range of sizes etc.
I would suggest, molgrips, that if you do use a small, tight fitting waist belt style bag, always wrap your phone in something waterproof. I did a long fell run a few years ago with a music playing thingy and destroyed it with sweat.
Zipvit do a tough little phone style Ziploc bag, but it's the right size for an S4 mini, not sure if it will fit anything larger in.
Good advice crikey (for a change 😉 ).. when using my old phone in my shorts pocket or cycling jersey I do the same for the same reason. We had some breast milk freezer bags left over that were perfect.

I know, I must try harder!

I did, website wasn't too clear as to how they worked TBH. Are they elasticated pouches?
If I were you Cougar I wouldn't be happy with this:

Proper lol 🙂 I love language - we only use a few thousand words daily and yet it's still possible to come up with a combination that has almost certainly never been assembled before in the history of the world 🙂

I think so. That's how it keeps your stuff snug I presume.
