Sorry 'bout that. For a minute I though I'd broken the 6N thread, but it needed someone else to post... phew.

Krtyon, it's the Glitchybump problem. Sadly affects the good larger threads....

Most of the ARMAGEDDON threads thankfully get shut down long before they reach that point...

Henson currently playing pretty well for the blues at the moment when released from the Wales squad. Still has more pasing ability and vision than all the other centre options combined. Set up gavin evans for a nice try last friday. But that doesnt fit the view of him many on here want to hold.

Playing well for the blues is not playing International rugby. Why did he not get called up to replace Hook? Actually you are unlikely to see this as you will be chaining yourself to the WRU's offices as we speak. 😀

Didnt replace Hook as he doesnt cover ten and doesnt get ahead of williams as he doesnt cover wing. He'd be starting for Scotland if he were Scottish. FFS you wanted Shingler!!!

Hits like a Samoan
Handles like a Fijian
Runs through people like a Lomu
Offloads like SB Williams

He's a bit special, isn't he?

I think you've gone a bit overboard there personally but that's just my opinion.

Faster than Adam Jones
Taller than Shane Williams
Better looking then Mefin Davies

No, seriously he's a real class act. And according to my wife, who sat next to him on a long train journey, ever such a nice young man.

Edit : just making it clear I'm talking about GN here, not GH.

This is the kind of day I used to love playing Rugby on! Clear bright and just the right temperature.

Looking forward to the games later should be pretty interesting!

Ireland should show what they can do against Italy. I still cant decide which way to go with England Wales. Would like England to pull something off but I hope it will be a close game.

Nice piece with Shane on the Beeb news just now. Great tactic of focussing on the midriff of an attacker, as the piece that moves slowest, it's easier to pick out. Nice.

Watched Munster vs. Blues last night and Henson (and about 12 other Blues players) was shocking for the first 40 mins - throwing hospital passes, forward passes and looking totally uninterested. Granted they picked it up in the second half and were unlucky not to get anything from the match.

He would definitely be starting if he was Scottish and I for one would welcome him with open arms - anything is better than Nick de Luca!!

They did get something. A loosing bonus point which considering the blues have only ever won two games against connaught in ireland thats not bad. Martyn Williams anf Henson were a class apart for the blues. The irish winger whos name i forget was excellent too. Munster front five were also very very good..

Forgot about the losing bonus point, sorry.

Martyn Williams was a class apart for the first 40 but Henson was brutal along with the rest of the lads. In the second half the blues were a different side - would have loved to have heard the team talk. Simon Zebo is the winger I reckon (or maybe it was Johnny Murphy) you're thinking of.

So you didnt ntice Henson banging it up the middle making yards or standing wide keeping width to the attack, hitting rucks, tackling locks ( munster were targetting him with the big men and he tookime them down everytime) and the short passes to Evans. Thats before we look at his offload to chekeye when he nearly scored. All in the first half.....

Zebo was the irish lad. Must be close to the irish squad soon, very impressive lines of running.

totally missed all that except him tackling the lock, I'm not sure Cardiff actually produced a decent attack in the first half...

Hope Ireland stuff the Italians and likewise the Welsh versus the English!

So you missed Checkeye being tackled about a 1m short of the line and you expect me to value your opinion?

This game is getting interesting. Ireland dont seem to be performing as well as they can this year. Good to see Italy doing a bit better than normal

Italy are better each year. With a decent 10, they'd be a tough side to beat.

Karney looks very good though

Agree on both points, transapp.

Ireland improved in second half, but still rather scruffy.
