Don't normally mention these sort of things but I brought a Gore jacket off [url= http://www.royles.biz ]Royles[/url] over six months ago. The zip frayed at the bottom meaning the jacket wouldn't stay zipped up. I returned it and it was exchanged straight away and in a smaller size to compensate for a loss of timber on my part. Three day turn around, no faffing around and a new jacket. Why can't other companies do things that easy? I like good customer service it makes me happy. 😀

I had some good service from Royles recently too.
they were playing John Martyn in the shop when they answered the phone to which was a plus 🙂
