[Closed] Royal Mail screws up delivery (at least I think they have)

I ordered from CRC this past weekend, and got a notice Monday (even though it was a bank holiday) that it had been despatched.

Using the tracking number, I have been able to watch it get to, and sit in, my local D.O., including today when I received notice this morning that it would be delivered.

After waiting with excitement all day, and making sure someone was around to receive it, I looked again tonight, and it says 'MISSORT'. I have no idea what that means exactly, but do you know if I can expect it to be delivered tomorrow?

They seem like a bunch of incompetents down at the Delivery Office, as this is not the first time something like this has happened.
