I am off for weekend with friends soon to a holiday cottage near Parwich. As i tend to wake up early i thought i'd take my bike for some morning rides, any nice routes down that way?
If you get onto the trail and head on over to Middleton top you can then head down to black rocks for some really good riding.

It's probably about 6/7 miles to black rocks via that way. Very flat (bar the two inclines) and smooth, lovely scenery but a bit dull "riding" wise. You will however easily lose an hour in and around black rocks. When you get to the little cafe/car park (at brocks) travel another 1/4 / 1/2 mile then head up to your right into the woods, if you get to the third incline you've gone too far. It's very cheeky so be kind to the locals 😉
