I am looking to purchase either a vw golf or jetta, which I've noticed do not come with roof rails (well the golf doesn't and pretty sure the jetta doesn't either) I was just wondering what kind of roof bars if any I could get and if there any good.
I'm pretty sure I've seen a few golfs carrying stuff on the roof.
Im looking to carrying bikes (obviously) and a couple surfboards but not at the Same time, Ideally I wanted a passat estate but her indoors thinks there too big for her to drive so a compromise must be meet.
Any experience advice apreciated as always.
