Anyone used and had good or bad experience with rock and rescue online? Have ordered some boots but they are taking a while to deliver. Still saying processing on there website but they told me they were been shipped last week when I rang. Why do some places take ages to get stuff out for delivery and others you wonder how stuff arrives so quickly!!
Bought a pair Of Julbo Sherpa sunglasses from them two or three weeks ago and they arrived within four or five days. Very prompt, but the box wasn't too big. Sometimes it's just the courier service they use isn't as quick to get things delivered. I have the one delivery to draw on, which is hardly representative, mind.
Some places offer better prices by not stocking it so they have to order it in then dispatch. Could be this?
