I feel I have to resurrect this.
We've had a phantom fouler in the bogs at my work for a while: poo on the seat, blood on the cubicle doors (!), but I think today was a new low.
I pulled a length of toilet paper from the dispenser to find it ALREADY HAD SHITE ON IT. From the starfish shaped crinkling around the smudge, it looks like someone has poked the paper between their disgusting cheeks, then rolled it back into the dispenser.
Planning to let 'office services' know in the morning, but I'm struggling to believe it myself. 10/10 for originality, I suppose.
A lot of loo paper is made from recycled materials..
